  • • We currently deliver within New Providence and Paradise Island.

    • Most orders require 48 hours notice. Larger custom installations may require additional lead time.

    • Same-day orders are tagged letting you know if you can get it same day if ordered before 12noon.

    • Pickup and delivery details are provided once your order is confirmed.

    • Delivery fees vary based on location and setup requirements.

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.

  • • Balloon arrangements should be kept indoors whenever possible and away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, rough surfaces and excessive heat.

    • Air-filled balloons can last several days to weeks depending on temperature and handling conditions.

    • Graze boxes, desserts and chocolate-covered treats should be refrigerated when applicable and enjoyed fresh for the best experience.

    • Cakes, shooters and dessert items should be kept in cool environments prior to serving.

    • Outdoor setups and balloon installations are subject to weather conditions including heat, rain and wind which may affect float time and overall appearance.

    • Once orders are collected, delivered or installed, Balloon Bar Bahamas Family of Companies is not responsible for damage caused by weather, transportation, mishandling or environmental conditions.

  • • Due to the customized and perishable nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final once preparation has begun.

    • Orders cancelled outside of the required notice period may qualify for a partial refund or store credit depending on the type of order and materials already purchased.

    • Balloon décor, personalized items, graze collections and dessert items may vary slightly based on artistic styling, product availability and seasonal inventory.

    • Date changes and order adjustments are subject to availability and must be requested in writing prior to the scheduled event or delivery date.

    • Outdoor décor and installations are non-refundable once setup has been completed due to weather, environmental conditions and circumstances outside of our control.

    • By submitting payment, customers confirm that all order details including spelling, colours, dates, addresses and contact information are accurate.

  • • Balloons are not toys and should always be kept away from small children and pets without supervision.

    • Broken balloons and decorative contents such as confetti, feathers or ribbons should be discarded immediately to avoid choking hazards.

    • Some balloons are made from natural latex which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

    • Helium should never be inhaled as it may cause serious injury or oxygen deprivation.

    • Balloon décor placed outdoors or near ceilings, textured surfaces, lights or sharp objects may pop or become damaged due to environmental conditions.

    • Please handle all graze items, skewers, toppers and decorative accessories with care and keep them away from young children when necessary.

    • We encourage the responsible disposal of balloons and packaging materials to help protect the environment.

  • • Every order is uniquely designed and handcrafted, therefore slight variations in colours, styling, florals, balloon placement and product arrangement may occur.

    • Certain products, treats, florals, balloons or specialty items may be substituted based on seasonal availability and inventory while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.

    • Outdoor events and installations are subject to weather conditions including wind, rain, humidity and heat which may impact balloon performance and setup longevity.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate setup space, access to the venue and appropriate environmental conditions for décor and dessert displays.

    • For custom orders, inspiration photos are used as references only and are not replicated exactly.

    • Please notify us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, venue limitations or special requests so accommodations may be considered where possible.

  • • Photos shown are examples of our work and inspiration for future designs.

    • Each arrangement is handcrafted and uniquely styled based on product availability, seasonality, artistic interpretation and customization requests.

    • While we strive to maintain the overall aesthetic and colour palette selected, no two orders are exactly identical.

  • • Balloons may become cloudy over time when exposed to heat and sunlight due to natural oxidization.

    • Confetti balloons may require gentle rubbing to reactivate static and redistribute confetti evenly.

    • Bubble balloons are long-lasting, non-oxidizing balloons ideal for indoor and outdoor displays.

    • Latex balloons are made from a natural plant-based material and are biodegradable.

    • Foil balloons should never be released outdoors as they may conduct electricity.

  • • We respect the privacy of all clients and will never share personal information, addresses, payment details or event information without permission.

    • Photographs of products, décor and setups may occasionally be used for website, portfolio or social media marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

    • We do not publicly disclose recipient details, invoice information or private event details without prior permission.

    • Customer contact information is used strictly for order communication, scheduling, delivery coordination and customer service purposes.

    • Due to the customized nature of our products and services, communication regarding changes, approvals and corrections should always be submitted in writing whenever possible.

    • By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the policies, timelines and service information provided throughout the ordering process.

  • • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information, access instructions (gate codes etc) and recipient availability during the scheduled delivery window.

    • Additional delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access or missing gate codes may incur a redelivery fee based on location and scheduling availability.

    • For installations and event setups, clients are responsible for ensuring adequate setup and teardown access times.

    • A grace period is provided for setup and collection coordination. Extended delays beyond the agreed timeframe may result in additional labor or waiting fees.

    • Breakdown, strike and teardown services must be arranged in advance and may carry additional fees depending on the size and complexity of the installation.

    • Due to scheduling limitations, same-day redelivery or delayed teardown services cannot always be guaranteed.

  • • Clients are responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, accessible and ready upon arrival.

    • Balloon Bar Bahamas Family of Companies is not responsible for venue restrictions, damages caused by third-party vendors, or delays resulting from restricted access or incomplete setup areas.

    • Outdoor installations are subject to weather and environmental conditions beyond our control.
