  • We recommend placing your order at least 3–7 days in advance whenever possible. However, we understand that celebrations can come up unexpectedly! Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on our availability, so feel free to contact us, we'll always do our best to help.

  • Absolutely! We offer a Bring Your Own Gift (BYO) option for many of our balloon gifts. Simply drop off your gift in advance, and we'll beautifully transform it into one of our signature Balloon Bar Bahamas creations. Please keep in mind the dimension limitations as stated in the order form

  • Of course! Most of our creations can be customized to match your occasion, favourite colours, school colours, corporate branding, or party theme. If you're unsure, we're happy to recommend a beautiful colour palette for you.

  • If the recipient isn't available, we'll attempt to contact them using the information provided with your order. If we're unable to complete the delivery, we'll contact you to discuss the next available option. Additional delivery charges will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

  • Yes! We love creating memorable surprises for guests staying at hotels, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and resorts throughout New Providence. Where permitted, we can coordinate directly with the property to have your gift delivered or beautifully set up before your recipient arrives.

  • Rather than guaranteeing an exact delivery time, we offer convenient delivery windows during checkout. Simply choose the time period that works best for you. This allows us to accommodate traffic, weather, and event schedules while ensuring your gift arrives within your selected delivery window.

  • Yes! We offer delivery throughout New Providence for an additional fee. Delivery charges vary depending on your location. Pickup is also available by appointment for selected items.

  • No. Our Hot Air Balloon Gifts are air-filled and designed to sit beautifully on a table or countertop, they do not float. This design allows your gift to remain stable while showcasing chocolates, flowers, cider, money, or other thoughtful surprises inside.

  • We accept PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and local bank transfers. Payment instructions will be provided during checkout. Full payment is required before your order is prepared unless otherwise agreed.
